Fall Meetup Series: Sex throughout your Cycle

The sex education you never got (but should have).

Join me and sex and intimacy coach Allie Andrews for a Q&A and casual chat about sex and the menstrual cycle! Allie is a sex-pert who guides both individuals and couples to deepen their sexual connection, feel more comfortable exploring their desires, and have better sex.

This is for you if you have questions like:

✨ Is it normal for my libido to change throughout my cycle (or not)?

✨ How do I navigate cyclical changes in needs and wants with my partner?

✨ How can I deepen my sexual connection with myself and/or my partner?

Both Allie and I understand that talking about sex can be uncomfortable. But that’s exactly why this conversation is so important! Whether you want to join and listen, or be a part of the conversation, we welcome you.

The Cycle Charting meetups are a space to talk about all things related to the menstrual cycle, with a focus on fertility awareness and cycle charting. Whether you’re brand new to fertility awareness or have been charting for years, you are welcome here!

Online via Zoom

Cost: $10

What the Community is Saying

“I really enjoy the meet ups! It’s always awesome to get to connect with other women who are charting, talk about menstrual health, and share in a safe space. I always learn something new and feel so supported!” - S.P.

“I attended a Cycle Charting meet-up that Julie hosted this week. She created such a safe space for us all to talk about our cycles, the symptoms we experience as a result, and how frustrating it can be to not have answers about what's best for our own biology. She shares great resources in there, too. If you are looking for someone who's passionate and trained in this, make sure you attend one of her meet-ups” - R.P.

“This group is sooooo valuable for all women… especially for those who never REALLY learned about their bodies and the magic of the menstrual cycle, anyone coming off birth control, trying to conceive, or want to feel more comfortable talking about and being present in their bodies. Highly recommend.” - K.R.
