Coming Home to Your Body Through Cyclical Wisdom

You have everything you need in you, you just need to learn to access it

Cyclical living and taking an intuitive approach to the cycle is a popular topic for a reason - working with our bodies rather than against them can help us avoid burnout, and live a more fulfilling life. But in a world that disconnects us from our bodies, and especially our cycles, we need to consciously learn how to reconnect to our inner wisdom. Join me and Emily Everton, an expert on leaning into your body’s whispers, for a great conversation about the menstrual cycle and how we can come back home to our bodies.

This is for you if you have questions like:

✨ How do I live in alignment with my menstrual cycle?

✨ How do our bodies and needs change throughout the cycle?

✨ How can I approach my body with more love and less need to control?

The Cycle Charting meetups are a space to talk about all things related to the menstrual cycle, with a focus on fertility awareness and cycle charting. Whether you’re brand new to fertility awareness or have been charting for years, you are welcome here!

What the Community is Saying

“I really enjoy the meet ups! It’s always awesome to get to connect with other women who are charting, talk about menstrual health, and share in a safe space. I always learn something new and feel so supported!” - S.P.

“I attended a Cycle Charting meet-up that Julie hosted this week. She created such a safe space for us all to talk about our cycles, the symptoms we experience as a result, and how frustrating it can be to not have answers about what's best for our own biology. She shares great resources in there, too. If you are looking for someone who's passionate and trained in this, make sure you attend one of her meet-ups” - R.P.

“This group is sooooo valuable for all women… especially for those who never REALLY learned about their bodies and the magic of the menstrual cycle, anyone coming off birth control, trying to conceive, or want to feel more comfortable talking about and being present in their bodies. Highly recommend.” - K.R.
