We don’t talk nearly enough about this.
Even though awareness around women’s health issues has skyrocketed in the last few years, you know what hasn’t? Discussions around how we can be more inclusive about what we consider healthy, who we consider deserving of health, and how easily accessed this information is.
Roxy Rocker is an integrative healer, therapeutic bodyworker, and fierce disability advocate. She is joining this month’s meetup to share her experiences navigating the healthcare system with multiple women’s health related concerns and how discovering her passion for bodywork (along with finally being heard) changed everything.
In this meetup we’ll:
✨ Start to explore what it would mean to truly be inclusive in women’s health spaces
✨ Open up conversation around common barriers
✨ And learn more about how we can support a system that’s more inclusive and equitable
The Cycle Charting meetups are a space to talk about all things related to the menstrual cycle, with a focus on fertility awareness and cycle charting. We’re changing the world one conversation at a time!

Cost: $10
What the Community is Saying
“I really enjoy the meet ups! It’s always awesome to get to connect with other women who are charting, talk about menstrual health, and share in a safe space. I always learn something new and feel so supported!” - S.P.
“I attended a Cycle Charting meet-up that Julie hosted this week. She created such a safe space for us all to talk about our cycles, the symptoms we experience as a result, and how frustrating it can be to not have answers about what's best for our own biology. She shares great resources in there, too. If you are looking for someone who's passionate and trained in this, make sure you attend one of her meet-ups” - R.P.
“This group is sooooo valuable for all women… especially for those who never REALLY learned about their bodies and the magic of the menstrual cycle, anyone coming off birth control, trying to conceive, or want to feel more comfortable talking about and being present in their bodies. Highly recommend.” - K.R.
