I bet you’ve heard that exercise is necessary for hormonal health. But what does that mean?

Have you ever wondered if you should be syncing your workouts to your cycle? Or what types of exercise will help you feel better in every stage of life?

You’re not alone if you’re feeling confused about how to exercise to best support your cycle. Which is why this month’s meetup, we’ll be joined by pelvic floor physical therapist and functional women’s health coach Kaline Mulvihill.

In this meetup we’ll:

✨ What it means to cycle sync our workouts

✨ Take home tips and strategies to work this information into our lives.

The Cycle Charting meetups are a space to talk about all things related to the menstrual cycle, with a focus on fertility awareness and cycle charting. We’re changing the world one conversation at a time!
