Reclaiming Feminine Embodiment through the Cycle

There were times when our menstrual cycles were considered sacred. And we can reclaim that now.

Periods haven’t always been considered gross. PMS has been considered as power rather than a weakness. Our cycles have been seen as a sacred portal rather than a hinderance.

There is a story that goes beyond the patriarchal views of the female body that we’ve been taught, and this month Liz Ridgely is going to help us reclaim it for ourselves. Liz is a womb healing practitioner and modern mystic who supports people in embodying their sexual and creative energy, find power in their voice, and live fully embodied.

In this meetup we’ll:

✨ Explore the history (herstory) of feminine embodiment and the ways that the menstrual cycle has been revered rather than suppressed

✨ Experience a guided practice to help us embody this way of being

✨ Deepen our connection to our wombs and cycles

The Cycle Charting meetups are a space to talk about all things related to the menstrual cycle, with a focus on fertility awareness and cycle charting. We’re changing the world one conversation at a time!
